Refund Policy:
At F&R Powerwashing, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of the completed job. We will return to address any missed areas or concerns at no additional cost.
Refunds may be issued in cases where service cannot be reasonably corrected or completed, at the discretion of management. All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
We do not offer refunds for services that have been completed and approved by the customer at the time of service.
